The One Thing I Would Change for Women
Since the Nobel Prize began over a century ago fewer than 3% of the science laureates have been women. Only one woman of colour has ever received the award for science. There is still a huge amount of sexism, harassment and abuse in academia that isn't being addressed by institutions. If you had all the power in the world just for a moment what's the one thing you would change for women? I would end child marriage and forced marriage. It's a great answer.
