What Are the Other States Where the Republican Party Is Taking Over the Election Administration?

There are republicans working in this direction in pennsylvania and michigan, but they have the problem that there are democratic incumbents as governor who can veto legislation. Those three states, wisconsin, georgia, arizona, would be enough to flit the election. There is no such thing as a veto over a legislative appointment of electors,. at least most probably not if the legislature is trying to seize back its power under arile two of the constitution to appoint electors directly. The tation says nothing about doing this by a legislation that requires a governor's signature.
