Delegating, Deferring and Dropping
Having a list is of no use if you never refer to it, the same thing with your calendar. Figure out what is your single most important task and put that on your plate. Delegating is an important a d d management strategy. Look at your master list and delegate the things tha you're not so good at. You can also defer some stuff. It isn't procrastination if you're deferring something because it's not a priority.
