Some people might just be at the limit of how far they're willing to go in terms of putting on lean mass. Greg: If you find yourself in a position where you don't want to gain fat, but you're not getting bigger or stronger, then that would mean that you probably need to do some structural changes to what you're doing. Some people putting on a little bit of fat does seem to boost their total a little bit.
