Lessons Learned From Your Prior Careers

I'm curious what talents or skill sets or lessons from your prior careers. And maybe we didn't do this at the beginning because I should have sorry but maybe you could just give a 30 second kind of summary of your careers prior to Chen Mark. But then more interestingly what aspects or lessons from those careers have you seen most applicable or useful in approaching much smaller businesses. Yeah so it's a little different for all of us and James's brother Palmer works with us as well and his experience is a bit different than ours.
