I am constantly kind of crying out for it's like we can do better than this. There is some sense in a large company that like an individual engineer might not believe that they can change the world. So, you delegate a little bit of the responsibility to be the one who changes the world in a big company. I think, but the reality is like the world will get changed by single engineer anyway. It'll take one John comic that the 20 year old comic that's inside matter right now to change everything.
