Detecting Where Is This Tax From
The internet allows you to buy and sell things anywhere in the world without ever leaving. I potentially have run a scalpel bot against a ticket master bought up all of the tickets and then reselled them without ever actually leaving my house in the UK. It does make it very hard for people to try and legislate and deal with attackers because they may not be in the same country but detecting where this tax from is really really hard.
