Noc tools allow people that would have never paid for a web sight to set up an commerce store, or whatever the they do on the side. I don't know if this is a positive, right, a full positive, but i think this does add more development work for the developer. So even if you've created a successful sight, that's one sight that would not have been created before. Just because it's duable from a non code spective like they don't have to go into the coat doesn't mean they're going to do it,. Even though these tools help you bit here and there in that respect, but they don't solve it for you completely.
