The Challenges of Being in the Outdoors
i want to just keep doing things in the outdoors in a way that i hadn't considered before. There's something really primal and empowering about not being in control of the situation or the climate, or the weather,. Or our own comfort or experience in that space. And for me, that was quite damaging to my mental health. It just felt so good to be thrown around in the ocean and not be able to look at a screen. We're all getting similar things, whether it's being social or pushing ourselves. I mean, post pendemic, i feel like that's maybe what we all need more of.
