Do You Have a Failure to Register Your Business?
When you start operating in a new state, use the same entity. You need to register that same entity. Failure to do that can result in having no ability to have corporate veil or limited liability protection of the llc. Most states will not apply that but it is a worry. A i've got two last questions that i really like. And i think this is helpful for a lot of our followers that are main street business owners trying to generate income and variety of ways.
