What's the Average Hourly Wage of Canadians?
The longer this sort of high inflation era persists, the more likely it is that you're going to be seeing people striking. During the early stage of the pandemic, average hourly wages actually shot through the roof. The main thing though is that clearly they are not increasing as fast as inflation is so people are taking that pay cut.
