Is There a Mechanism to Efficiently Resolve Any Conflict?

I think the things we absolutely have to correct are people getting aggressive care. That's a lose lose. We have to make sure that doesn't happen. And I think some of it is just the culture of America, you know, it is our fundamental culture. A lot of it is trust, unfortunately. But also, there isn't a mechanism to efficiently resolve any conflict.
