Is It Possible to Track Private Jets?

I was using myself to track some planes and I wrote a telegram bot so it would ping me in a channel. The likes of flight radar they won't show military airplanes unless they're using the full open one where they might actually show them on screen. You can send various versions of that packet where the military might just go yeah I'm here on this transponder code or sometimes they might just give you the lat long, for example. It doesn't actually detect it the way a military radar would where you actually say I know that you're this high, you're this far away and you're traveling that quick.
