There are advantages for clubs of simply removing very high wages by championship standards off the wage bill and no longer having to pay them. Clearly there are big advantages too if you can get sizable transfer fees in, which listers have done with Harvey Barnes and James Madison. But once you start getting into the discussion about what can be excluded from those costs and what actually counts towards your FFP limit, it does get pretty complex. I think would be very helpful to give people a clear idea of what's going on at the moment. How many of these loans have been enforced? How many of them actually work for the club and are strategic?
