The Black and Pink Label for Guns and Rosé
Oscar Blues filed a trademark application for Guns and rosé in September. The band's lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to Oscar Blues and its founder, Dale Catacchus. They abandoned that application when Budweiser didn't bite. This is 2018 and they're on good terms.
