Can You Be a Vegan That Eats Honey?
Sally Kohn: Can you be a vegan who eats honey in your view? No, no, no. In the same way you can't be a vegan that consumes milk or eggs,. You know, there's an animal product that's suffering involved. There is no necessity for it. And it'd be better for the animals if we didn't do that. Yes, I think it is because these animals still have a preference to feel happiness and the ability to nurture. Let's take cows, their matriarchal beans, they exist in familial herds; so you take out one, you shoot the mother in the head, but that's still going to have a knock on effect
