Elizabeth's Blood Bath
Elizabeth may have begun bathing in blood because her husband was showing signs of leaving her for a younger woman. Average bathtubs nowadays, I don't know about the tubs from her time, but nowadays they hold about 80 gallons of water. Elizabeth preferred her victims to be young girls from about the ages of 10 to 17. A girl that in that age range would normally only contain about seven pints of blood. She would need about 11 or 12 girls to be able to completely fill this tub and they would have to be completely drained of blood as well.
