i'm very much a hands on manager, because i jump into debag per test, a, code review. I have team, weekly team meetings and, ah, one on ones with my team. There's just company wide, engineering wide meetings that happen at a weekly basis. Am, sauffeur, like a distributed company, we're all meeting and talking fairly often in a synchronous way. Ah, but then there's also being connected off tenow on slack.
