Is Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party a Basket Case?

The Liberal Party used to be much more of a coalition party than it is now. The only thing that keeps the Green Party together is Elizabeth May, who is like very talented at managing the crackpots and getting the dog whistles. As you say, the NDP is a little bit more mysterious, I think, as far as why they're struggling as much as possible.
