How to Heal From Anxiety and Alarm

Check in with your body multiple times a day and allow whatever is there. Use that mantra that I use, sensation without explanation,. What am I feeling? As soon as you go into the cognitive part of your brain, as soon as you start explaining in words, you lose the emotion. It's really about getting an emotional range back because one of the things that alarm and anxiety does to us is it narrows our emotional range. Any intense emotion tends to get fired into anxiety. But for now, it's just learning how to allow the feelings.
