The Signalling Value of Opting Out of College

The myth that companies, growing businesses care so much about your degree status is just flat out wrong. Before i became co programme, i was leading oura job placement efforts in building our hiring network. I've had two phone calls out of yow, probably 500 that somebody from the company said, sorry, we don't hire anyone withouta college degree. And for yourself, that's the question u be asking yourself: what formal education credentials do i need so that people will want to talk to me about a job?
