How Long Will the Fed Leave Rates High?

Bank earnings have been a lot stronger than forecast coming off that crisis in March. You got to think that maybe the same thing will happen with tech earnings, too. I was at a conference last week with some tech officials who said the business is pretty good. We'll see if Ben Bernanke's prognostication is any better than anyone else's.
