Obamacare and the Religious Freedom of Preventive Services
The judge ruled that the United States Preventative Services Task Force, which recommends these cost-free prevention services, violated the Constitution's appointments clause. So does this potentially affect not just people who get insurance through Obamacare, but all Americans with private health care coverage? I don't anticipate that insurers will stop covering these, but I do anticipate that many of them, not all, will charge a hefty copay or deductible.
