What's Happened to the First Amendment in America?

The Catholic Benefits Association gained permanent injunctive relief for all its members against the Obama-Biden contraception and sterilization coverage mandate. The little sisters of the poor have been hounded by the federal government and by Javier Becerra himself in litigation for, it must be over a decade now. Those winds of secularism that I talked about, it really has turned into an all or nothing thing. That is dangerous for America. It's contrary to our foundational values. It violates the First Amendment and our last resort is the courts.
