And i feel like even though we own a thousand parts of the land that market values like 15 or 16 million dollars h land in our treasury, i would say, you know, land prices are ore crazy. I it doesn't make any sense to value a specific land parcel that's empty, has no content on it, more than another because they're virtually the same.
