I like to look at the first week of the training plan. That should be relatively easy. The hardest week shouldn't really be more than about 10% more than what you've ever done before. And so if you follow those two rules, make sure the start is very reasonable and manageable. You've probably found a good training plan that isn't going to stress you too much.
