Is It a Sign of Low Commitment?

I think usually people try not to like talk too much about who they're interviewing with. Also for me, because my company is small, if you do end up telling people that you're looking even, you run the risk of it slipping out to someone accidentally. You don't want your manager to know not from you. It just kind of seems like it feels bad for them. Then they might be like, I'm going to fire you first.
