But on balance, in terms of technologies that could really potentially shift the course of the war, thar, they're not necessarily up there. The outside attention that these technologies receive is not a reliable metric of the effect that they have on warfare. And i would potentially go so far as to suggest that it's possible that one could reach a similar conclusion about these other technologies that we've talked about.
