Why Didn't the Russian Military Have Corruption Issues?
Why did we assume the russian military, you mention the gun decking, any less corrupt than the rest of Russian society? I wanted tor know, so mike about this too. There was a culture and i think that culture pretty much went away after shoige and grasmov took back over in 20 13. Theye were tackling corruption ad military. But they went back to their old habits. Stability was more important.
