How to Measure How Long It Takes You to Produce a Summary

People really don't like this for anybody to find out how long it takes them to process something. There is a lot of value in measuring those things and taking those sorts of data when you're ready. Anybody else have some takeaways? We used to call these pearls when I was in my coach training.
