I think the key that what we're talking about here is how to make it light enough so that a you do it and b it feels fun. If calling it a newsletter makes it feel like you've literally got to sit down and like pull together an entire magazine don't call it a newsletter if writing a blog makes it feeling like you've got to work all of those don't called it a blog for a while.
