Israel doesn't have a constitution. The founders were really worried about things like majority tyranny, right? Majority rule that would oppress minorities. So they built institutions with vetoes of Senate and the house and the White House. And you go from that vast and brilliant complexity to Israel. It's probably the simplest political system in the world.
