i had gained a little bit of weight before i started this im and just is dephne been challenging to make sure i get the enough calories and stuff that i'm not losing weight. So it took me like, the first two weeks just to kind of worked out exactly what i needed, what my body needed and stuff. I mean, its like going into, like if you were just doing a stand alone hundred milee you know what you need, but like doing this every day, you just don't know how your body's going to react. And then finding a way to get enough of it in so that you'renot having like, multiple days in a row where you're
