The Reaction to the Treaty on Marine Protected Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction
There's so much more to do before we actually get marine protected areas beyond national jurisdiction the treaty has to be adopted enough countries have to ratify. The goal could be met within jurisdictions whether it's on land or in coastal areas that coastal countries claim you know like the exclusive economic zone but again that's going to take a lot of focus and pressure.
