Coach Development Is Not Algorithmic
I've always been interested in this idea of coach development I think it's one of the real spaces in our current kind of sporting world. All I wanted to do was maybe try to fill in some of the spaces so that coaches weren't feeling like they were just on an island. There's a lack of academic rigor and so we tend to be very tradition based in this profession, he says. Do you think we'll ever see you on a volleyball sideline? You never say never.
