Communication - How to Write a Better Message to a Client

i'm old enough to remember when we used to get a lot of written communication, letters, memos, memos done on typewriters. It worked back then, and t but what i find now is with the a written communication now, it's very instant riwh you can send a text message. I think he'lt have to maybe be a little bit more courteous too, because these short sentences don't even have a complete sentence structure. Aa, eme hah a, think so.
