Hennis is offered a plea bargain, but he refused. The case goes to trial in the summer of 19 86. Patrick cone, who was the first eye witness, took the stand and identified hennis as the man he saw on the morning of may tenth. Van story told jurors what happened in that house was utter madness. He's the one responsible for the deaths of these kids and their mother. And hopefully it won't be for much longer.
