The Paco of Today is not afraid to feel her feelings. For me I started a meditation practice like haphazardly probably around 10 years ago. She introduced me to Carl Jung's theory about our shadow cells. Our shadow self is made up of all these parts of ourselves that we reject and we reject those parts of ourselves in order to belong to a family to a group to society.
