Will I Am was managed by David Sonnenberg and Seth Friedman, who also managed the Black IPs. He wrote a couple songs that ended up on his album She Don't Have to Know. The song We're Just Ordinary People was originally meant to be a Black IPs hook. But he took it back when he thought about how John Legend would have done it.
