i find that i can just kind of like look for hot spots anywhere, just like, any way that thos tension, i can try to release it. That's finesa iis kind of like wandering around my body looking for where the tention is,. And then occasionally trying to release some of it, or wiggling on the bipia. So that's mrly helpful. A but, especiallywh i'm a acid ie, found that it's really helpful if i write out, literally everything i'm thinking of. Its often overwhelmingand if i don't write them down, then they, i cant ot, know, they cann't get like, werd twist
