I Love the Focus on Human-Centered Design
Kathy: I love the focus on the inclusive and human-centered design that they take. She talked about the compassion she feels for the others on the business side who have these demands on their time. Kathy: There's just no way around it because there's going to be always something new. And so hearing how they have evolved over time, but it's always been centered in this human-centereddesign approach was really interesting.
