What Happens to Social Security Tax Receipts?

Tax receipts, specifically payroll tax receipts, will drop by roughly 25 billion a year until everybody's through the system. So that's $680 billion of revenue the government has lost from this plan. Long term, we end up in a space where Social Security tax revenues have declined by $670 billion a year, but Social Security expenditures have decline by $1.1 trillion.
