The Importance of Investigative Journalism in Nutritional Science

Nina Teicholz is the author of the groundbreaking book The Big Fat Surprise, which exposed many of the conflicts with the established beliefs around saturated fat being inherently "bad". Her work has been cited in the New York Times and several medical journals including The Lancet, The BMJ, and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Nina has established herself as a thought leader in the world of nutritional policy with much of her work starting with her book and appearances on major media platforms like Joe Rogan and other major news sources.
