Oath is a game of entanglement. It's about trying to be great at one thing, except if you are bad enough at something someone else is good at then you can't stop them. So I have to get the people's favor just so that Hunter doesn't win and I give access to myself accomplishing my victory condition of having the darkest secret. That's entanglement when you are now considering what every single person might do to win on their turn or in the final moment,. One of them will win and you have to stop all of them. Oath is that for the entire last two thirds of the game.
