The Biggest Superhero in My Career

Every superhero has some sort of life altering experience that leads to a transformation where they realize the powers they have, and they harness them for the greater good. But we know significant transformation can occur through failure as it's unquestionably one of life's greatest teachers. I really like to operate from an empirical and experiment-driven design method, you could say, something kind of along the lines of lean startup. And so from a failure standpoint, I wish that I had operated in more of a way, especially early in my career, where I could demonstrably point to things and say, we thought it was going to work out this way, but then it didn't.
