The Future of the City

Is it pedestrian cyclists, the public transport user or people in personal cars that we need to redesign a city for? I think it's certainly a bit of everyone, right? I think if you're going to leave particular people behind, that's probably not going to be very popular. And with any kind of change like this, I guess that needs to be some sort of prioritization.
