Taking a Break From Your Fearful Self Doubt
When you come into that fearful state of self doubt, we just recognize that old, familiar feeling and come back a state of presence. I think it's really important, as a general rule, to curate moments as often as possible in your life. And i will caviot that this is much easier to do when we are capable of feeling safe in our bodies. If you do not have that ability because of trama, i would recommend instead a form of exercise or anything music driven to allow you to get into a flow state.
