"I think there is a certain category of people that show up to Twitter to experience that form of dopamine hit," he said. "They're getting a little dopamine hit by creating just friction and mayhem." He says we would all be wise to know when we're drifting toward that because we are all capable- if this circuitry exists in us, we're all capable of it.
