Is There a Safe Harbor to File SARS No-Sar Filing Decisions?
There has been at least one prior disclosure to the congressional committee but I too am concerned for the same reasons thinking back to the days in counseling clients about how to determine what is suspicious. Once that changes the whole system can come tumbling down so you have to really think carefully about this.
