The pivot comes when maybe you've raised that like seed round or series A in the venture world round. So if you haven't raised money, it's just if you found your sitting around a room and you built something that nobody wants and you build something different is not a pivot. That's two different businesses, I guess, right? Oops, first idea failed, all right, let's start a new business or run a new product. And then Zinga pivoted and shut down. They were a dating site and then, you know, few years later, they turned into the game site that Zinga acquired for 180 million bucks.
